Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Hawaiian Shaved Ice experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, food products like syrups and concentrates cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused equipment or unopened supplies in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
